The Blackburn Perth was probably one of the most beautiful RAF flying boats of all time, certainly one of my all-time favorites, however these images are all I have in the SEAWINGS archive. Modelers are well served, as Sanger have re-released the original Contrail 1/72 scale vac-form model kit with extra white-metal parts. If you want to see just how good a kit the original Contrail kit was, just take a look at my build of one in the Model Gallery elsewhere on this site. One of the first vac-forms I ever built and still the most iconic!
