This
lovely Walk-Round Gallery features a very interesting Grumman G-44A Widgeon,
one operated by the Royal Thai Air Force - Yes, Air Force! Five of these craft
were transferred from the Thailand Navy and re-designated Widgeon Liaison
Type 6. They were used from 1951 to 1956. We have to thank our
correspondent Jim MacKenzie for this first set of images which were taken at the Royal
Thai Aviation Museum. Many thanks, Jim.
