This beautiful restoration is on display at the Aviation Museum in Garden City, Long Island, New York, USA and has been kindly donated for us all to share by our special correspondent Michael Fletcher who, looking at these images, has taken just the sort of shots that we all would having been standing there. First class, given the obvious poor lighting, and very helpful to those building a scale model. Our grateful thanks goes to Mike.

Our U.S. correspondent, Vladimir Yakubov also visited the same museum and has very kindly donated his exquisite walk-round of the S.56 which is superb considering the dark lighting conditions there appear to be there. Incidentally, Vladimir is a member of the Silicon Valley Scale Modelers Club located near San Francisco, California - go and have a look at their superb website here. Grateful thanks as always, Vladimir.
