Our
long-term Russian correspondent, Igor Kolokolov, found
himself facing this newly restored Be-6 'Madge', and,
fitting a 'fish-eye' lens to his digital camera shot
these 'different' detailed views for us to share.
These
are especially useful now (2013) that a major kit
manufacturer - Trumpeter - has just announced a
brand-new 1/72 scale kit for release in the coming
months. Incidentally, this was the 'Madge' that was
displayed derelict, propped up on rocks in the middle of
a deserted lake; Yup, the one with the naked ladies in
the Photo Gallery! What a superb job of the restoration!
